Brassica Graffiti (cauliflower vegetable )

Brassica oleracea Graffiti - This rare and stunning cauliflower produces rich colored heads for cropping July-October. The unique purple curds can be eaten raw, boiled, steamed or stir-fried. The deep purple color along with its dark green leaves makes for a very striking combination. Works best for fall planting but can also be grown in spring. Tender texture and mild cauliflower flavor.
