Henry Ann

My background is in chemistry  but a lifelong passion for plants and photography drove me to turn to  professional photography almost 16 years ago.  Since that time, I have worked as a photo editor and traveled the US and Canada  while amassing a stock photo  library of  over 50000 stock images.    

My images have been in many garden books  published by Meredith Publishing  ( Better Homes & Gardens, et al garden book) , Storey Publishing, Eden Press, Cools Springs as well as many garden magazines, including Garden Gate.

I received an award from the prestigious Kew International Garden Photography Competition.   Currently a member of the American Conifer Society , Garden Writers of America, National Rock Garden Association,  I continue to travel to photograph  gardens as well as  garden extensively on 3 acres in South Carolina.
