Makes a great healthy dish when stir-fried, sauteed or braised. Can be harvested from microgreens (10-12 days) to baby leaf (20-25 days) to full maturity (40-50 days). Height: 12-18 in. (30-45 cm) - Spacing: 12-15 in. (30-38 cm). Family: Brassicaceae
