Cordyline australis Albertii - Grass Palm - It forms dense clusters of arching, sword-like leaves at the end of the stems that are dark green with a pink midrib and creamy yellow edges. Can grow to be a branched 20 to 30 foot tall and 10 foot wide tree and produces white flowers in the late spring.
