Heuchera maxima - Coral Bells - this clumping perennial forms 1 foot tall hummocks of large (2-3 inches wide) dark green leaves that are lightly marbled and often red tinged in winter. In spring emerge clusters of pinkish-white flowers on intricately branching stems that rise 1 to 2 feet above the foliage. Family : Saxifragaceae
