Photo of Rubus Oregon Thornless (Blackberry bramble bush)
Rubus fruticosus Oregon Thornless - This is a lovely variety of Blackberry with a highly ornamental leaf shape which is vaguely similar to flat leaf parsley and, come the Autumn, is tinged a beautiful deep red. Traditional 'round shaped' berries are produced in abundance in late August - September - and can even continue on until October. Semi-vigorous in habit so allow 6 feet (1.8 metres) between plants. Family: Rosaceae
