The unique curds can be eaten raw, boiled, steamed or stir-fried. The deep purple color along with its dark green leaves makes for a very striking combination. Works best for fall planting but can also be grown in spring. Tender texture and mild flavor. Superior quality retain most of their vibrant color even after cooking - a beautiful presentation!
