Photo of Brassica Packman (Broccoli vegetable)
Brassica oleracea Packman - This bolt-resistant Broccoli matures earlier than average. After the large central head is harvested, subsequent side shoots of smaller heads may develop for later pickings. It delivers enormous heads that stand tall above the plant's foliage, making it easy to harvest. Plant produces large quantities of side shoots after head is harvested. Good variety for freezing. Broccoli is considered a cool weather crop, so anticipate a spring and autumn harvest, but none during the heat of summer. Height Range: 24-30" (61-76cm) - Space Range: 18-24" (46-61cm). Family: Brassicaceae
