Crataegus crus-galli Crusader aka Cruzam - A small, rounded, thornless tree with horizontally tiered branches and with glossy dark green, leathery leaves. This cultivar is free of thorns. The flowers are white, appearing in late spring, followed with bright red fruit. Foliage becomes orange to red-orange in autumn. Disease resistant and tolerant of wet and poor soils. It prefers full sun, but will tolerate partial sun. Height: 15'-25' - Width: 10'-25'. Family : Rosaceae
