Dryopteris marginalis - Typically forms a non-spreading, vase-shaped clump to 1.5-2' (infrequently to 3') tall. Features grayish-green, deeply cut, leathery fronds (15-20" long). Rhizome forms an erect crown. Evergreen fronds provide good interest to the winter landscape.Typically grows from a crown of rhizomes to 3’ tall with a narrow, erect habit. Fronds are quite narrow, usually not exceeding 4” in width. Family: Dryopteridaceae
