Eragrostis curvula Totnes Burgundy - An elegant plant, generally smaller growing than the species tends to be. The fine foliage starts the year mostly grey-green but by early summer some burgundy staining is visible at the leaf tips (this is enhanced if the plant is stressed by heat or drought). By late summer about half the leaf will be red. The flowers start to appear in early -mid summer and are finer and more graceful than the parent species. Height: 60cm to 90cm (2' to 3').
