About Heuchera Crimson Curls (Coral Bells)

Heuchera Crimson Curls - A vigorous, clump-forming coral bells cultivar that is best noted for burgundy red to dark purple-brown leaves and densely curled leaf edges. Leaves are not crimson as the cultivar name suggests, although leaf undersides are reddish. Leaf colors soften in summer. Large, lobed, long-petioled leaves are ruffled in a manner suggestive of crispy cabbage. Leaves form a basal mound to 9-12” tall that may spread to 18” wide. Tiny, creamy white flowers borne in open panicles appear in late spring to early summer on slender burgundy stems rising above the foliage mound to 18” tall.  Family: Saxifragaceae
