Hosta Lakeside Ripples - M. Chastain (R) 1991 - (Mature Size: 32"T x 50"W). Hosta forms a giant mound of dark green, heavily rippled foliage that performs well in the garden. Very elegant mound of rippled green foliage. Makes a great plant for the back of the shade garden. Listed by many sources as being 24 inches tall but our specimen in one of our gardens measured 32 inches tall after 4 years. 40-inch scapes produce pale lavender flowers in July. Family: Liliaceae
