Photo of Picea Frohburg (Norway Spruce conifer)
Picea abies Frohburg - Conifer - It is a vigorous, weeping selection of Norway spruce with strictly weeping, limp side branches and glossy dark-green needles. Older plants will form an impressive wide "skirt" at the plant base. Young plants must be staked to their desired height. From their highest staked point, all further growth will be downward and then out. Terminal branches will increase at an annual rate of 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 cm). Family: Pinaceae
