Viburnum plicatum Kern's Pink - A selection made in 1957. An upright growing plicatum f. plicatum to 8-10' high and 6-8' wide, yet finer in texture and more delicate than the type. Foliage is bronze tinged. Flowers are a distinct but delicate pink carnation-like snowballs flowers with white overtones at the ends of the branches in mid spring. Sometimes the flowers revert to white, while others may be mixed pink and white. It has attractive deep purple-tipped dark green foliage throughout the season. The serrated pointy leaves are highly ornamental and turn an outstanding orange in the fall. Height: 8-10 Feet - Spread: 6-8 Feet. Family : Adoxaceae
